PARAVENTS
This interior element, which originated in China and has been used as a room divider for over two thousand years, is a classic in the truest sense of the word.
Isabella Devinast transfers this mobile element to her traditional materials: steel and gold. The gold
here is either clear-coated brass leaf or 24-carat gold leaf.
Silk screen prints with various motifs, all of which originate from her pen, decorate some of the screens,
while others are kept purist in industrial and glam design. Each paravent is unique. The design follows a
few basic principles, but is variable.

PARAVENTS
Dieses urspünglich aus China stammende Interieurelement, das seit über zweitausend Jahren als Raumteiler dient, ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein Klassiker.
Isabella Devinast überträgt dieses mobile Element in die ihr angestammten Materialien: Stahl und Gold. Das
Gold ist hier entweder klarlackiertes Blattmessing oder 24ct Blattgold.
Siebdrucke mit verschiedenen Motiven, allesamt ihrer Feder entstammend, verzieren manche der Paravents,
andere sind puristisch im Industrie- und Glam-Design gehalten. Jeder Paravent ist ein Einzelstück. Das
Design folgt einigen Grundprinzipien, ist aber variabel.
